Eins.Inn Umeda Higashi

Good reception. My luggage was forwarded earlier and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was provided daily and it was good. Just a short distance to the metro which was convenient for daily commute (however not recommended for large heavy suitcases as the nearest exit did not have any elevators)

The hotel is next to the main road so it could be a bit noisy, however we managed to get a good sleep. The room and bathroom is a bit small. It was however sufficient for our needs.

Good location, friendly staff, room had everything we needed, fresh towels daily.

Well-Maintained facility. Always replenishes supplies, cleans room everyday so long as you’ve selected-Rooms with cleaning. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was in main road, quiet place perfect for families.

Hope we can have more washing machines and dryers inside the building.

The location is great, quiet enough for Osaka :). It is close to metro stations The staff was great and helped us with anything we needed. If you need something you just have to ask to see if they have that available. The rooms were very clean.

Nothing to add. The room was very small, but I know this is specific to Japan and I have seen even smaller rooms :)

Breakfast was delicious. Could have been a bit more of food but delicious. Also, i forgot a device in the room. I've just asked them by message and they sent it to me to Tokyo by mail. Thank you very much guys. The personal is owesome !

The rooms are a bit small, but it is Japan, so it is what is.

The staff was great and breakfasts were good.The room we've got was different from photos, felt too small for 2 adults and a under-school kid, and tired. Rooms did not meet expectations set by photos, but all the common areas were clean and looked nice. There is a possibiliry to take a pillow at your choice. Walking distances to subway were a wee bit too far as for a family. Other than that our stay was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have enough time to take the breakfast in the morning, so they packed a sandwich for me to go. Thank you for that!

The single room can only accommodate a bed with no space even to put a suitcase if open. So I had to sleep with suitcase open on my bed. Very uncomfortable. Hotel should come up with some solution for this.

I got an impression that the room would be way bigger than it actually was. It’s really small. Seems like they have prioritized number of rooms instead og making that extra space in the rooms. It felt quite cheap even though it wasn’t the cheapest

The location was great and hotel provided lots of extra services including pillow selection, ice machine, and alcohol vending machine

Room size & layout, step up to bathroom very tightly packed in.

lots of different types of pillows and different hair treatment. also the view to the city was great and you could open the window for fresh air.

Friendly and excellent. They stored our luggage while we went on an overnight trip to Miyajima which was so convenient and appreciated. Rooms were a bit on the small side, but were clean, had all the necessary facilities, and for the price it was 10/10 value. We would recommend staying here.

24 h staff

They sold me a dounle room for a 4 people requirement, specified in the selection criteria.After 15 days in japan i can say that all the atructures we lived proposed us double or major room with enough beds number or space for 4 people. In this case, indeed, the room was very little. Only 2 single beds, i let you imagine how 4 people can fit in 2 single beds, and the room didn't even have the space to open the luggages. It had at least the strictly necessary space to pass between the bed and the wall and they also provided only 2 towels, as i have never specified that we were 4. I went to the concierge to ask for having more.

The locations of Eins.Inn is great, you're a 20-minute walk from the great Osaka station, and both from Itami and Kansai the hotel is easy to reach. They also provide great transfer instructions on their website from these places. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast is a delicious must try if you have the chance!

The rooms were tiny and somewhat dark, packing luggage is a challenge with limited space to your disposal. My room also showed it's age, with obvious scratch marks and nicks here and there. However, the rooms were still very very clean.

The staff were very accommodating and also they have good amenities.

The room was too small, there is no space to fix our luggage.

The location is good and the staff are amazing- they went out of their way to assist us with dietary needs- 1 with nut allergies and 2 vegans. They also assisted us with luggage storage and checked into shipping luggage to our next location.

We stayed in the family room 201- the largest room on the floor and it was tight for 4 adults and limited space for simple carryon luggage. We simply had to place the luggage at the sliding front door of the room.

Room is a bit smaller than expected. Location wise, it is not within walking distance to Osaka Airport Limousine Bus stop and Umeda Station.

Breakfast was delicious. Mushroom ? soup and sandwich.

The only criticism I can think of is my sinuses would get dry even though I had the humidifier on. I think it can happen at any hotel. So it is not really a criticism.
